Vestitel BG JSC is a Bulgarian telecom, which operates under three licenses: for operator-assisted voice services, for land line voice services and for lending out rented lines, including international.

The company belongs to Overgas Holding and will be the first in the country to build an optic network for subscribers (10/100 Mbit/s), which will reach every household, initially in the cities of Sofia, Varna, Rousse and Veliko Tarnovo. Customers will be receiving a triple service – telephone, broad-band Internet access and TV, as well as a wide choice of video-services, which are not available to the customers of current networks.

Vestitel BG JSC is also the first alternative operator, which has received a license to establish an optic network for telecommunication services in neighboring Greece.
