The integrated web-based information system Contego is a product developed by Ladger. It has been especially designed for management of resources and business processes at insurance companies. Built over the basic principles of the classical

“Marketing” Module - Displays the contractors of the company (customers, suppliers, partners, insurance companies, agents, marksmen etc.) with their contact details and allows for adding more than one entity for each of them. Management of business relations – document flow, sales, communications etc.
- Management of contracts with insurance contractors.
- Planning and Management of marketing and promotional projects.
- Implementation of e-mail campaigns (automatically send e-mail messages to selected contractors through the system) etc.
"Forms" Module b>
Management of individual and grouped forms and stickers of insurance products (accepting from printing, registering waste, distribution, returns from insurance contractors, archiving etc.)
"Products" Module b> - Definition, standardization and management of insurance products (policy) – automotive, civil liability, health, property, tourist, agricultural, financial and personal insurance, reinsurance and more. Tracking the movement of damages on claims and other objects.
- Introduction of insurance clauses for relevant products.
- Creation of annexes to the insurance policy.
- Management of fees of policyholders.
- Reporting payments issued to policyholders by representative offices and agents to the central management of the company.
- Registration and management of all the subjects insured by the company(people, weapons, vehicles, real estate etc.) Organizing the classification list of the types, brands and models.
"Human Resources" Module b> - Add the departments of the organizational structure of the company and the positions in each department.
- Definition of job descriptions.
- Remuneration system - wages, advances, commissions, overtime pay, bonuses, deductions, social contributions etc.
- Management of labor law issues - contracts, authorized and unauthorized leaves (sick leaves, vacations, additional holidays), accidents at work and other.
- Calendar report on work days, weekends and official and national holidays.

Management of the process of marks on cars conducted by the relevant marking companies on behalf of the insurer.
